Talim (instruction) from Pandit Nidan Bandhu Banerjee, since 1980:

Pandit Nidan Bandhu Banerjee is a genius and one of the great maestros of Indian classical music. His ardent desire and thirst for knowledge brought him close to great exponents and torchbearers of gharanadar such as Ustads/Pandits Mehdi Hussain (Rampur), K.G. Dhekney (Gwalior), Kashi Nath Chatterjee (Rampur and Sahaswan), Satyen Sen (Patiala), Ramdas Mishra (Benaras), as well as Dhrupadias such as Amar Bhattacharya, Vinod Mullick, and Monilal Das.

Talim from Pandit Arun Bhaduri since 1993:

Pandit Arun Bhaduri is an eminent classical musician of India. He is associated with the Sangeet Research Academy, Kolkata, India, as a guru and performs all over the world. He has received talim from Late Pandit Jnan Prakash Ghosh, Ustad Istiaq Hussain, Ustad Sagiruddin Khan, and Ustad A. Daud, and yet he has his own unique style that has secured his place in the Indian classical musical world.

Pandit Ajoy Chakraborty—my inspiration and preceptor:

Pandit Ajoy Chakraborty cannot be adequately described in a few words. He is constantly engaged in touring the globe as an emissary spreading the authentic flavour of Indian music. He has also founded 'Shrutinandan'—the prestigious Kolkata based institution where disciples from all over the world can acquire a taste of the most sophisticated aspects of Indian music and culture. Chiranjib taught at this venerable institution, which also allowed him the opportunity to receive musical guidance from Pandit Ajoy Chakraborty.

Padmavibhushan Dr. M. Balamuralikrishna:

Dr. M. Balamuralikrishna is a renowned classical musician of the south Indian Carnatic tradition, who studied with Shri Parupalli Ramakrishna Pantulu, a direct descendent of the disciplic lineage of the great composer/saint Shri Thyagaraja. He is considered to be one of the vocal greats of this rich heritage and has composed innumerable songs in multiple languages as well as being an innovator in the creation of new ragas. He has performed over 25,000 concerts worldwide and has received the most prestigious awards in the Indian arts including Padmashree, Padmabhushan, Padmavibhushan, and many others.
